This 1950s winter skirt has just enough sparkle!  Heavy-weight black velvet with interlocking waves of metallic gold stitching.  The gold really shimmers in the light.  Very full skirt.  Side metal zipper and button waist.

NOTE: this lovely skirt was photographed with a crinoline, not included.
